Usage | 用法
- First find out the most painful part of the affected area, then apply a hot towel to the affected area for one minute, and then dry it with the towel. Rub the oil, press on the sore area with your fingertips for 5 to 6 minutes, and then rub the sore area with the palm of your hand for 5 minutes, from light to heavy. For effectiveness, use three to four times a day.
- 先找出患处最痛之处，然后用热毛巾敷于患处一分钟，再用毛巾抹干。擦上药油，用指尖在痛处按压5至6分钟，再用手掌揉痛处5分钟，力度由轻至重。每日三至四次。
